About Serbia on the move
Organization “Serbia on the move” was established on 4th of July 2009. The motivation of its founders was dissatisfaction with the fact that people in Serbia are passive and are not taking responsibility for their lives and their community. We believe that those things can be changed.
The mission of the organization is creation of a strong and responsible civil society through motivation of individuals to become actively involved in creating change that will affect them and society as a whole.

PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager of the Serbia on the move is responsible for implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors as well as annual goals and objectives, and financial, program, and administrative management of the organization.
We need someone to:
* Assure that the organization implements long-range strategy which achieves its mission, goals and objectives
* Implement organization’s program and projects
* Manage and supervise all office operations
* Represent the programs and point of view of the organization to agencies, organizations, and the general public.
* Ensure that adequate funds are available to permit the organization to carry out its work.
You should have:
* University education
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent reporting skills
* Knowledge of data collection and interpretation.
* Ability to delegate and complete assigned tasks, and strong sense of responsibility
* Good knowledge of IT including MS Office, as well as email/internet use
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
